Opening a ticket
Go to the open-ticket channel in the dreamDEX Discord and open a ticket: https://discord.gg/dreamdex
Support only happens inside that ticket. Nobody from dreamDEX will move the conversation to DMs. Anyone who DMs you claiming to be support is a scammer.
Support is staffed around the clock, every day.
Each FAQ page ends with what to include for that issue. In general: the pair or market, the transaction hash if there is one, the exact message you saw, and a screenshot. Everything settles on-chain, so with a hash we can usually tell you exactly what happened.
Things that are not dreamDEX
These come up often and we will point you in the right direction, but the fix is not ours to make.

Security
Never share your seed phrase or private key. Not with anyone, not on any website, and never with someone claiming to be support. We will never ask for them, for any reason. Anyone who does is stealing from you.
We will never DM you first. Anyone messaging you privately offering to recover funds or asking you to connect a wallet is a scammer. Report and block.
Check the URL every time. Scammers register lookalike domains to get you to sign a malicious transaction. Bookmark the real one rather than searching, and do not trust sponsored search results.
Not sure whether something is really us? Send it to us in a ticket before you act on it. Checking costs you a minute and nothing else.
If you think you have already been compromised, go straight to I got scammed or hacked.

These are dreamDEX's official properties. Support itself happens in one place only: inside your Discord ticket. None of the others is a support channel, and nobody will discuss your ticket anywhere but in it — not by DM, not by email, not by a reply on X. dreamDEX runs a few properties beyond this list, so a domain being absent does not by itself make it fake; check with us in a ticket before acting on it.
